Tailored consultation areas, a relaxed dog weighing station complete with food rewards, and clear, intuitive product zones allow the store's well-trained staff to offer personalised nutrition and behavioural advice with confidence. The layout and fittings reinforce their mission: a seamless, supportive environment that promotes health, enrichment, and genuine connection between pets and caregivers.
