When we teamed up with Jollyes in Tonbridge, we were inspired by their journey: from a humble Enfield shop in 1971 to a thriving chain of over 70 pet superstores across the UK and Ireland.

Tasked with evolving their retail experience, our design and fit‑out team created a welcoming, service‑led environment that reflects Jollyes’ local‑store ethos and expert staff culture. We arranged intuitive zones for live animals, pet nutrition, grooming services, and veterinary advice; spaces tailored to support Jollyes’ knowledgeable “pet people” team in delivering personalised guidance and exceptional customer care. The new layout underscores their brand promise: expert advice, a genuine love of animals, and an inviting atmosphere that honours their history while enhancing their future retail growth.
